As specialists in customer and workforce engagement, working with a variety of organisations to transform their customer experience, reduce cost to serve and drive efficiency, Route 101 is extremely supportive of the Association’s objectives – namely the provision of research and insights to support continuous industry development.

“We are delighted to be working with the team at the CCMA. The ongoing conversations the Association drives surrounding challenges, improvement and transformation are essential for the continued development and progress of the industry, and we could not be more excited to partner with the team and to adopt a more active role within this community.

As an independent, reliable authority on the contact centre industry, we understand that the CCMA only partners with providers who offer credible, authentic and high-quality services, so it’s a real honour to be working with the Association as Platinum partners and to support the mission to raise standards across the contact centre industry.” – Russell Attwood, CEO, Route 101.

For nearly 30 years the CCMA has supported the contact centre industry in the UK through its founding principles of sharing best practices and networking to improve skills and knowledge. The community represents leaders from a huge cross-section of the industry and members are free to take advantage of a robust programme of events and extensive training opportunities.

Our purpose is to support contact centre professionals to deliver business success by being the best place for contact centre professionals to network, learn and be recognised. As a result, we work with organisations that share our aims and can help us in our broader mission to change the perception of the contact centre industry in society," said Leigh Hopwood, CEO at the CCMA. “We are delighted to have the support of Route 101 to enable us to do more for our members and the wider industry, and look forward to seeing our members benefit from this partnership over the coming year.”
