Sales Support - Bristol  

Salary: £24k - £25k per annum (plus commission)

The Role:

The focus of this role is to provide first class Customer Care and Sales Support to our existing customer base and Account Management Team with the key areas of responsibility to include:

Sales Support:

  • Reacting to inbound customer queries
  • Handling inbound sales enquires
  • Upselling and cross selling across product range where possible
  • Creation and Issue of quotes / Sales order paperwork
  • Co-ordinating free trials
  • Out of office contact for Account Managers
  • Renewals Management (alongside Sales Operations and Account Management team
  • Handling inbound sales enquires
  • Upselling and cross selling across product range where possible
  • Implementation of outreach sales campaigns to generate additional revenue

 

Administration:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling diaries
  • Handling returns and warranty queries
  • Managing correspondence between the sales team and their clients

 

Other Administration:

  • Working alongside the rest of the business including the Marketing and Business Development teams with admin support as and when needed
