Utilities company teams up with Route 101 to drive Gamma Horizon expansion

Wales & West Utilities manage the gas pipes that heat homes, power businesses, and light up communities for over 7.5 million people across Wales and South West England. Its diverse customer base includes homeowners, businesses, developers, power generators, local authorities, social housing providers, charities, and consumer groups - each with unique needs.

The Route 101 team will work closely with Wales & West Utilities to drive platform support, tenant management and deploy call recording – all within Gamma Horizon. Route 101 is set to expand Gamma Horizon services across 46 sites for Wales & West Utilities. The project aims to enhance communication capabilities for Wales & West Utilities employees, particularly engineers who require reliable phone access at various locations to report on tasks such as checking pipe pressure.
